3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Admin Users

Admin Users are responsible for:

• Managing user access and permissions
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms
• Managing billing and subscription settings
• Overseeing all Content within the account

3.2 Editor Users

Editor Users may:

• Create and manage digital sales rooms
• Upload, edit, and organize Content
• Share Content with internal and external participants

Editor Users must ensure that all Content they upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

3.3 Viewer Users

Viewer Users may:

• Access and view Content shared with them
• Interact with Content where permitted

Viewer Users must not attempt to alter, copy, or distribute Content beyond the permissions granted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Upload Content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

5. Content Ownership and License

• Customers retain ownership of all Content they upload.
• By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited license to host, store, and display Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• The Company does not claim ownership of your Content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Company will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Subscription and Billing

• Access to the Service may require a paid subscription.
• Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
• Admin Users are responsible for all charges associated with their account.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment.

8. Service Availability

The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

9. Termination

Customers may terminate their subscription at any time, subject to applicable billing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
